Fatburger Franchises

When K-Dev helped the Kalispel Tribe open a Fatburger restaurant at Northern Quest Resort & Casino in early 2009, we were well prepared to meet Fatburger’s many requirements with our vast experience with Northern Quest. Three years later, we opened a second franchise location in Spokane’s thriving Five Mile Plaza shopping center. This new stand-alone restaurant included a 2,000-sq-ft tenant improvement, a contemporary design for optimized traffic flow, and state-of-the-art digital signage and menu boards.
