Kalispel Park

Kalispel Park is a 60-acre multi-use property located north of Cusick, Washington. Designed to serve rural Pend Oreille Country and the surrounding areas, Kalispel Park’s main attraction is The Kalispel Casino. The casino encompasses approximately 20,000 square feet and includes a restaurant and bar as well as banquet space. Lodging was made available with dozens of full RV hook-ups and eight “tiny home” rentals. We also designed a Kalispel Market that, in addition to providing typical fuel and convenience store offerings, includes grocery sections for butcher-cut meats, fruits and vegetables, and other staples to serve local-area residents. Commercial land-lease opportunities are available at the Kalispel Park site.
